Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Opti-Mate OP-620 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sankyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Per-Face parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Unitronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sankyo such as the S25A318B01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PFXLM4201TADDC manufactured by Per-Face and we are pleased to be able to service most Per-Face systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Vision120 by Manufacturer Unitronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Endress-+-Hauser Brand ProsonicSFMU90R12CB161AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eriez such as UN1156AFU equipment made by Eriez have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eriez products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eriez" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QAO074600 made by Iss.1 as well as the popular SurvivorSeries original spares produced by Texas-Industrial

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SWW40015 by Risco and UN1156AFU spares by Eriez are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SP01890C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Niki-Denso.
